Pasilla chile powder |

INSTRUCTIONS
PASILLA CHILE BBQ SAUCE
Mix all ingredients well and marinate filets for 1 hour. Prepare a wood or
charcoal grill and let burn down to embers. Remove filets from BBQ sauce
and cook on grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
