INSTRUCTIONS
* Note: See the "New Mexico Style Barbecue Sauce" recipe which is included
in this collection.
Mix all Pasilla Chile BBQ Sauce ingredients well and marinate filets for 1
hour. Prepare a wood or charcoal grill and let burn down to embers. Remove
filets from BBQ sauce and cook on grill for 4 minutes on each side for
medium-rare. This recipe yields 4 steaks.
