INSTRUCTIONS
1. Brush fish fillets with olive oil
2. Sprinkle fillets with spices on all sides
3. Layer on top of fish green peppers, onions, tomatoes
4. Sprinkle tomatoes with all spices including parmesan cheese
5. Lay Jack cheese on top to tomato
