INSTRUCTIONS
For the in kitchen method. Lightly saute the onion, peppers and a few
cloves of garlic in a heavy skillet. Pour in 2 cans of Italian stewed
tomatoes and cook until bubbling. Lay fillets cut into bite-sized pieces on
