Cajun Cajun, Sauces 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 c Chablis wine
2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground cayenne pepper
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Creole mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients together and stir well.  Use as a marinade,
Then as a basting sauce when you cook fish.
