INSTRUCTIONS
Mix oil, lemon juice, scallions, cilantro, pepper, ginger root, and rice
vinegar. Pour over fish in low dish. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Grill or
bake. *Burn fennel stalks in grill when cooking fish for added flavor.
