INSTRUCTIONS
Cut pork into 2x1-inch strips. In a medium bowl, toss pork strips with soy
sauce, sherry, sugar, salt, five-spice pwder, and cornstarch until evenly
coated. Let stand 10 minutes.
In a wok, heat oil over high heat until smoking. Add pork and stir-fry
until done, about 3 or 4 minutes.
Prep: 10 minutes Stand: 10 minutes Cook: 3 to 4 minutes

Neil brought home some leftover hot & sour soup, and some crispy chinese
noodles on Friday, so last night, I whipped up this, and some rice to go
with everything. It was quite good, and also very simple.
