2 T Gingerroot, chopped fresh
2 T Red Pepper Flakes
5 Garlic Cloves, fresh sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat gently for 5 minutes. Cool; transfer to a glass jar. Cover and
refrigerate, do not store at room temperature. Use the oil for
