INSTRUCTIONS
Put all the following in a blender and blend on high: (note: the
amounts I list are estimates...you can add more or less to your own
taste) This makes 2 big glasses of a very creamy, cold shake. The
banana helps to hide the taste of the oil and the wheat germ. Posted
