INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the carrots and boil for ten minutes in some water. In the meantime
cut the meat sausage into 1" long strips, peel the onion and slice it into
rings, cut the pickle into small oblongs. Peel the apple and quarter it,
cut the centre out, cut the quarters into small pieces and immediately
cover it in the salad bowl with the Italian dressing, so that they don't
turn brown. Grate the boiled carrots roughly and mix them with the other
ingredients and the apple pieces. Cut the chives and sprinkle them on the
salad, mix in before serving.
