INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients into a dry dough. Knead on lightly floured board about
5 minutes. Wrap dough for about 1/2 hour. Form the dough into two balls.
Roll balls into flat disks. Cook on a lightly greased griddle, browning
each side. These are excellent bread for any Mexican meal or as wrappers
for burritos.
