INSTRUCTIONS
Mix dry ingredients well, add water. Mix in to ball. Cover bowl, let rise
30 minutes. Working in golf ball sized pieces, roll the tortilla out very
thin, the thinner the better.
These can be baked for burritos, for fried to tortillas, or fried and then
shaped for taco shells.
