INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Egg; beaten | |
| 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 1 | tb | Orange peel; grated |
| 2 | ts | Lemon peel; grated |
| 1 | tb | Lemon juice |
| 1 | c | Whipping cream; whipped |
INSTRUCTIONS
In sauce pan beat 1 egg, add sugar other ingredients except whipping cream. Cook and stir over low heat until thick, approx 5 minutes. Cool well. Fold in whipped cream.
