INSTRUCTIONS
Have milk, bowl and beater very cold before beating. Do not beat milk until
Jello starts to set.
Prepare the jello in the 1 cup boiling water. Whip milk into foamy heap,
gradually add sugar. Then add jello, juice and rind.
Line oblong pan or a 8x8-inch aluminum pan with graham cracker crumbs. Pour
mixture into pan and sprinkle with crumbs. Chill overnight.
Kids love this stuff. -- Pat Hanneman
Note: the original recipe called for condensed milk or 1 cup of chilled
coffee rich. If you can find unsweetened condensed milk - use it.
