I found this wonderful recipe for Focaccia in the back of my cupboard a few
weeks ago...
Lightly greese a 33X23 cm (13"X9") baking pan with cooking spray. Unroll
pizza dough and press evenly over the bottom and about 2.5 cm (1") up the
sides of the prepared pan. Brush dough with olive oil;sprinkle with garlic
and basil. Cover with tomatoes, artichoke hearts and mushrooms. Sprinkle
with Feta cheese and green pepper. Bake at 220C (425F) for about 20 minutes
or until crust is golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
