INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING (IF DESIRED
I got a bread machine for Christmas and have been making bread like crazy.
Thought I'd share a favorite. You can use this as a pizza crust, as well.
Recipe comes from the recipe booklet that came with my Toastmaster bread
machine.
Place ingredients in bread pan in order listed: Use dough setting. When
setting is complete; remove dough from bread pan.
Punch down, roll into a ball and flatten into a 10 inch circle. Place on a
baking sheet. Cover dough liberally with olive oil. Sprinkle fresh herbs
and garlic over dough. Bake in a preheated 425 oven for 20-35 minutes or
until golden brown. Serve with pasta or cut into wedges and serve as an
appetizer.
**I omitted the toppings and used it for a pizza crust.
