INSTRUCTIONS
SOAK THE BERRIES IN A MICROWAVE SAFE DISH IN SUGAR AND LEMON JUICE FOR ONE
HOUR. COOK UNCOVERED FOR 40 MINUTES AT FULL POWER. STIR AND COOK AN
ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES AT 50% POWER. ALLOW TO COOL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE IN
JARS.
