INGREDIENTS
1 | tb | Black peppercorns, heaped |
2 | ts | Whole cloves |
2 | ts | Nutmeg, freshly grated |

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix, then grind in a spice grinder or coffee mill, then re-mix. Store in an airtight container, keep in a cool place away from light. Muchly used in French charcuterie and with slowly cooked meat and poultry dishes.
