INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the tofu into slices or cubes. Combine the remaining ingredients to
make a marinade, and pour over the tofu.
Keep this refrigerated in a covered jar for up to three weeks, shaking the
jar every day. Use in salads or sandwiches.
