INSTRUCTIONS
Shake beef, flour, salt, and pepper ina plastic bag, until beef is coated... Set aside... Place onion and butter in a 3 qt.casserole, microwave on high (100%) until onion are tender, 3-4 min... Stir beef and remaining ingredients into onion sand cover... Microwave on high (100%) for 5 min.then reduce power to med. (50%) and continue cooking until beef and potatoes are tender, about 45 min., stirring after half the time...
