INSTRUCTIONS
Mix 4 eggs and milk together; season to taste with salt and pepper. Boil
cauliflower until slightly tender, approxi- mately 7 minutes; drain water
off. Let cauliflower cool. Divide cauliflower into parts. Heat oil until it
is very hot. Dip cauliflower into batter and cook in hot oil until brown.
Take out when done and drain on a rack. Will serve 4 to 6 persons.
