INSTRUCTIONS
Found this one in a Taste of Home Mag. ( I think the latest issue) and it
sounded too good to be true but my Husband even said to night he really
liked the potatoes this way.
Put oil, and pepper in boil. Put potatoes in and stir them up coating with
oil and pepper.Place them in a shallow baking dish and bake at 425 degrees
for 25 mins. Stirring atleast a couple of times.
Goes quite well with fish or steaks. We have them with both now, and they
are really good.
