INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream, soup, luncheon
meat, bell peppers, and onions. Mix well. Spoon into prepared pan. Sprinkle
with crumbs. Bake for 40 minutes, or until heated through.
