INSTRUCTIONS
Here's my favoritest flavor! CHOCOLATE!!! These mmmmelt in your mouth
and are very popular. This is a regular pie recipe. I put them in
little tartlet shells for 'pick-up' desserts. Great when the old
Brownie standby just wont do! Heeerrrrrrrrreee they arrreee..... Melt
and cool chocolate. Cream butter and sugar. Add melted chocolate and
vanilla and mix well with electric mixer. Add one egg at a time and
beat FOUR MINUTES PER EGG at medium speed. Spoon into tartlet shells
(pour into pie crust) and refrigerate over night. Top with whipped
cream and shaved semisweet chocolate. (I din't get around to doing the
whipped cream and shaved chocolate! Who missed it?! <GG>)
ENJOY....ENJOY....these REALLY are a chocoholics downfall! SALlie MM
