INSTRUCTIONS
]Beat the egg, egg whites, and milk with the cinnamon and salt until
frothy. Dip the bread in the egg mixture, coating both sides. Heat a
skillet or griddle and spray with nonstick cooking spray. "FRY" the bread
in the heated skillet, turning once, until golden brown on both sides. Good
served with a breakfast spread, fresh fruit, applesauce, or a Tblspoon or 2
of real maple syrup. VARIATIONS: Omit the cinnamon, and substitute 1/4 tsp
of grated lemon or orange peel. You can also use 1/2 cup egg substitute
instead of the whole egg and add just 1 egg white. From One Meal At A Time
