INSTRUCTIONS
BROWN SUGAR GLAZE
In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and sugar together. Add oil and mix.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add this to the egg mixture.
Mix well; add vanilla and fold in Chopped apples, pecans, and raisins. The
batter will be very thick.
Pour batter into a greased 1O-inch tube pan. Bake in preheated 325°F oven
for one hour or until cake is done.
GLAZE: Bring glaze ingredients to a boil for 2-3 minutes in small saucepan
and pour over hot apple cake in tube pan. Let stand for 2-4 hours. Remove
from tube pan and keep cake refrigerated
