Ingredients: 1 c Sugar; 1/2 c Butter; 1 Egg; 1/2 c Cold coffee; 1 c Cubed apples; 1 ts Soda; 1 ts Cinnamon; 1 1/2 c Flour; 1/4 c Sugar; 1/2 c Nuts

People who treat others as inferior are those who themselves suffer from a sense of inferiority and insecurity. Others are a threat to them because they don’t have a sense of being important to the eternal God. They don’t have the assurance that this God will look after them more than adequately. When we lose sight of our identity in Christ, lesser identifying features, like race, class, caste, and education, become significant. We try to find our identity by acting more significant than others.

here's a heavenly cake from a regional cookbook called Return Engagement.
which serves 12 and takes only 10 minutes to throw together. It's easy; I
LOVE easy!!
In a bowl, not mixer, mix together sugar, butter, egg, coffee and apples.
Sift together soda, cinnamon and flour. Mix appple mixture and flour
mixture. Pour into 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on
top of batter. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let me know how you liked
