INSTRUCTIONS
Place figs in a 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray; set aside.
Combine brown sugar and the next 6 ingredients in container of an electric
blender; cover and process until smooth.
Pour mixture over figs.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil; bake an
additional 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yield: 10 servings (serving
size: 1/2 cup).
Per serving: 165 Calories; 1g Fat (5% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 34g
Carbohydrate; 3mg Cholesterol; 123mg Sodium
NOTES : Clafouti is a country-French dessert that has a layer of fresh
fruit with either a cakelike or a pudding topping.
