INSTRUCTIONS
Pure the raspberries in the blender, using a little water if
necessary. Strain to remove any seeds. Add the orange juice, lemon
juice, and orange rind to the pure. Toss the strawberries and grapes
with the Grand Marnier and sugar. Let marinate for 1 hour. To serve,
place the strawberries and grapes in 4 individual dessert dishes. Pour
equal portions of raspberry sauce on top. Per serving: calories 66,
fat 0.5g, 6% calories from fat, cholesterol 0mg, protein 0.7g,
carbohydrates 15.8g, fiber 2.6g, sodium 1mg. Exchanges: 1 Fruit.
