Heaping cups fresh fruit; cut in pieces (melons, peaches, nectarines grapes, cherries) |

INSTRUCTIONS
FRUITS
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smoothly
blended. Combine fruits in a mixing bowl. Add dressing and toss thoroughly.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with whole mint leaves. Cover and
chill briefly before serving.
NOTES : Fixed this for a party with friends and everyone loved it.
