INGREDIENTS

1/4 Fresh pineapple; cored, cut in chunks
1/4 c Sugar
2 tb Dark rum
1 tb Fresh lime or lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Puree pineapple till smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
NOTES : Wonderful on sorbet or ice cream.
