INGREDIENTS

2 8 oz. salmon filets
1 tb Olive oil
Chef's salt to taste
1/4 c Yellow onions
1/4 c Sliced apples; (golden delicious)
1/2 Lemon juice only
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Apple cider vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Note: This recipe is best if salmon is charbroiled over an open flame.
Charbroil salmon 3-4 minutes on each side. Saute onions and apples over a
medium flame. Add sugar, lemon and cider vinegar and cook 2 to 3 minutes
till apples and onions are tender. Serve mixture over grilled salmon.
