INGREDIENTS
| 1 | 9 inch pie crust; baked & cooled | |
| 1 1/2 | c | Water |
| 1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 1 | pn | Salt |
| 1/4 | c | Cornstarch |
| 1 | pk | Strawberry jello, 3 oz. |
| 1 | qt | Strawberries |
| Whipped cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine water, sugar, salt & cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook until the mixture is clear, stir in jello. Let cool. Stir in the strawberries. Pour into prepared pie crust. Refrigerate until set.
