Light and bright, this no-cook sauce is a breeze to make. For freshest
flavor, use ripe berries and make shortly, before use.
Cut strawberries into 1/2 inch pieces; place in a bowl. Stir in sugar and
lemon juice; set aside about 1 hour before serving.
