Ingredients: 2 lg Tomatillos, husks removed, minced; 1 lg Tomato, peeled and chopped; 1/2 lg Onion, peeled and minced to; 4 Sprigs fresh cilantro; 2 Cloves garlic, minced; 1 Hot chili pepper, minced; x Optional: 1/2 avocado, peeled and minced; x Salt to taste
