1/2 c Chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c Chopped fresh cilantro
2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Lime juice
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped(2tbsp)

INSTRUCTIONS

Both of the above recipes from "Heart Healthy Recipes"
(10% calories from fat)
In small nonmetal bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover;
refrigerate 1-2hours to blend flavors. Store covered in refrigerator up to
