INSTRUCTIONS
This is a great side dish or relish for any kind of meat course. The
flavor is mild but sweet, and the curry sets the natural sugar of the
apples.
Core and wedge the apples with an apple/pear corer-cutter, or do the same
by hand. Heat a frying pan and saut. the onions with the butter until they
are clear. Add the apples and saut. until the apples are not quite tender.
Add the seasonings and toss.
