Ripe bananas;cut into chunks |

Cinnamon; to taste |

Powdered sugar; to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a skillet, place the sugar and water and cook over a high flame until
caramelized. Remove from the heat and swirl in 3 tablespoons of butter.
Cool.
2. In a separate skillet, heat the remaining butter and saute the bananas
until golden brown.
3. Place the bananas in a serving dish and top with caramel sauce. Sprinkle
cinnamon and powdered sugar to taste.
