PAN:  18 BY 26-INCH SHEET PAN                TEMPERATURE:  425 F. OVEN
1.  PLACE BREADED FROZEN CHICKEN ON 5 PANS.  HEAT IN 400F. OVEN 15 MINUTES.
2.  TURN; CHICKEN; HEAT ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
EACH PORTION:  2 PIECES (1 PIECE BREAST AND THIGH OR LEG OR 1 PIECE EACH
LEG
AND THIGH.
NOTE:  CHICKEN MAY BE COOKED IN 350F. CONVECTION OVEN 25-30 MINUTES ON HIGH
FAN, CLOSED VENT.
