Dill pickles; slice
Salt and pepper
1 Egg
8 oz Milk
1 tb Worcestershire
6 dr Tabasco
1 tb Flour
2 c Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat egg with milk, Worcestershire, Tabasco and 1 tb flour. Salt and pepper
to taste. Mix 2 c flour with salt and pepper to taste in a separate bowl.
Dip pickle in egg wash, then into flour, then into egg wash and back into
flour, then into 350~ deep fat. Fry to golden brown. Source: Cock of the
