INSTRUCTIONS
Slice green tomatoes 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch thick, dip in egg mixture and
dredge in flour, corn meal or preferably, Italian seasoned bread crumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil or margarine till brown on both sides. Drain on paper
towels. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, herbs and Parmesan cheese. Excellent!
