INGREDIENTS

Cooked grits; cold and sliced
Eggs; beaten
Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice cold grits; dip in egg and roll in flour. Fry in skillet until brown
on all sides. Sprinkle with sugar or serve with syrup. A good use for
leftover grits.
