INGREDIENTS

1 lb Thin egg noodles
Peanut oil for stir frying
1 T Ginger, minced
1/2 lb Cooked meat – chicken, beef
pork shrimp or
combination
2 c Bean sprouts
1/4 c Green onions
2 T Soy sauce
1 T Sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Precook noodles. Heat wok. Add peanut oil and ginger. Stir fry 1
minute until oil is aromatic. Add meat, bean sprouts, and green  onion.
Stir fry 2 minutes. Add noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil.  Stir fry 3
