INGREDIENTS

450 g Okra, ladies fingers
3 T Oil
2 Onions
1 t Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the okra and pat dry with absorbent paper.  Cut into 1 cm pieces.
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat and fry onions till soft.  Add
the okra and salt, and stirring gently, continue frying until the  okra
