Onion, sliced 1/2 inch rings |
INSTRUCTIONS
BATTER
ONION RINGS
Combine all batter ingredients in small mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
Heat 3 inches of oil in deep fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees. Dip a
few onion rings in the batter let excess batter drip back into bowl.
Fry a few at a time for two to three minutes OR until golden brown. Drain
on paper towels.
Repeat with remaining onion rings.
Serve immediately OR keep warm in 175 degree preheated oven.
