INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and slice the plantains. Heat butter and coconut oil in frying
pan. Add plantain and fry for approximately 4 minutes on each side.
Lift plantain with spatula from time to time to prevent sticking.
Drain on paper towel. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with lemon
