INGREDIENTS

2 sl Bacon
1 Egg
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c Cooked regular rice; up to 2

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook bacon; drain and crumble, reserving drippings.
Fry egg to well-done stage in drippings.
Remove egg, and chop; reserve drippings.
Saut. onion and green pepper in drippings; add bacon, egg, and rice. Cover;
warm over low heat.
