INSTRUCTIONS
1. Chop the onion and soften it in the melted fat and sesame oil. Add the
rinsed rice and stir until well coated. Crush a little garlic into the pan
and sprinkle over the garam masala. Stir for a minute or two, and then
gradually add the stock, stirring until it is absorbed by the rice. Add the
peas and celery and stir until all are cooked. Serve at once.
