INGREDIENTS

1 Bowl boiled rice
1 Egg
2 oz Toasted cashew nuts
1 oz Toasted almonds
1 oz Toasted peanuts
1 tb Soy sauce; (1 to 2)
1 Whole chilli; (Optional)
1/4 ts Pepper
1 1/2 tb Oil
1 Spring onion; chopped
1 tb Oyster sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil, stir in the egg then add the rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce
and pepper. Stir until piping hot.
Place the rice onto a serving plate and garnish with cashew nuts, peanuts,
almonds, spring onions and chilli.
