INGREDIENTS

4 Pieces short ribs
6 Shallots
1/2 t Pepper
2 t Light soy sauce
1 T Light soy sauce
1 1/2 t Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Defrost the short ribs and cut each piece into 2 halves. Marinate  with
the seasonings. Fry the short ribs in hot oil till the color  turns
golden yellow. Take out and drain oil. Mash the shallots and  saute
with a little oil. Add sauce to make a sweet sauce. Dip the  short ribs
into the sweet sauce. Dish up and serve. Posted to  recipelu-digest
